Now Aimee is here with me, a wild time really...
She brought a bicycle with her, a Giant foldable bicycle wichi is very cute, I guess everyone would like it. Now with this transport tool, we can easily carry food back home, great.

The guys are mentionning the advantage of nanotube again (carbon), before they overcome the high cost and mass produce difficult, I don't think this makes any sense. Whatever, I always look forward for a new era battery - this will be a revolution.

The scientists are trying to investigate the mechanism behind "estimating". Though this is a simple beginning, and I do not think we can really understand the brain in at least 50 years, it is still a good designed and performed research. It is also very interesting, enjoy.

I always interested in immunity, and recently I feel I have a chance to get close to it. There is a PhD programme about neuro system and immunity, which is very interesting. Also, the so called "Angiopoitin-like" protein we are looking at may play a role in innate immunity as well.
What I want to say here is, in fact, a report from science SKTE, http://stke.sciencemag.org/cgi/content/abstract/sigtrans;2007/392/tw227?etoc. Here the author described that there may be two ways inducing inflammation.
Chris did some work about wound repairing, which I am also interested, and I also have a PhD project about this in my list.
So many projects.... oops.

My aimee is coming tonight, I shoud go home early and clean my room... I would not like to be kicked out of my house, honestly.

The good things to be a musician

Now, despite of attracting naive girls, being musician has other advantages.
According to a paper on Nature neuroscience (http://www.nature.com/neuro/journal/v10/n7/abs/nn1925.html), muscicians are aslo better than normal people in spatial ability. So they are better pilot, and may be better in 3D games as well.

The bloody student hall didn't provide hot water this morning, so what? So, I had a shower with cold water... This is the first time I have cold shower abroad, and I realized I am not as healthy as before. It's really chilling...
At last I handled in the modified report, print version and the public engagement stuff yesterday. I never know why the faculty always ask for print version though.
Chris is playing Diablo at home... My goodness, it is Diablo, not DiabloII... He is a real fan, though I can still remember the butcher anyways.
I am concentrating the protein, using centrifuagtion method, this method is funny, I should check some data about it.
Aimee will be here on Thursday, only 2 days left, come on!

My aimee is really a excellent girl, I should call her Aimee the Excellence. She managed to persuade the manager of the hotel to allow us to use a gorgeous hall - based on her description it is like that. I am more than impressed, she is so smart, since she also arranges the other things and is doing well. This is not a small project, I am still planning the detailed ceremony - though I have changed the original plan since it is too weired.

People in the lab become interested in GRE test... But just interested, they would never take it, I believe... Only those who are really hero can get a high mark, I admire them.
