最近的计划：
从头开始慢慢仔细阅读英文版的"Faust"(Goethe)以及"The Phenomenology of Mind"(Hegel)
这肯定会很慢，但是凡事都有开始

实验室的工作也要继续，细胞培养这方面有小问题，已经尝试在分瓶前把培养基预热，可能会有一定的改善。
Dpp_C_New和Dpp_N_Tm64的构建已经完成，高纯的质粒也已经准备好（测浓度的时候一个616ug/mL，一个861ug/mL还真把我吓了一跳）。如果细胞没问题的话，应该在下周内可以获得S2 R+或者Flag-Mad细胞株系表达的Dpp_C和Dpp_N。
从之前的经验看，S2 R+用来表达Dpp系列，Flag-Mad用来表达Sog系比较好；但是鉴于Flag-Mad在我手上的糟糕表现，我还是打算把Sog系列也放在S2 R+里表达看看
待会儿检查一下Sog系列拆分克隆的情况，现在估计Sog_N1_New和Sog_Cen2_New结果不错，Sog_C3_New克隆没成功，不过一切都要Alignment后才能决定。
时间紧迫，真是一件麻烦的事情。

Basis of the current experiment

BMP4 is one of the most important regulator during the development of drosophila melanogaster. It controls the formation and differentiation of the embryo. The function is acheived by the gradient distribution of it.
To form this gradient, other factors play role in this process. Tsg, Vkg and Sog are three important factors here. The interactive BMP4 regulator is Dpp in the Drosophila melanogaster, and it is suggested that Tsg, Sog and Dpp or Tsg, Vkg and Dpp may form a complex.
