Today is good.
FedEx came and got my documents.
Sog_C3_New expressed - though was detected in the pellet. However Sog_N1 was not. At least it proved that there is nothing wrong during the transfection.
Bad things also happened: the dephosphorylation of vector has no effect. I would repeat it once, so I set up some PCR today.
Protein purification in process, check tomorrow.
